Web Design – Doctor Dooradoyle

I designed and developed a website for a large local medical practice that was engaging in cloud based computerisation. The request called for a modern uncluttered design in neutral colours that would complement the business’s existing image while also attracting new patients. I became familiar with Google Analytics, Basic SEO Practices and Google My Business while designing the website as well as the basics of developing an online digital footprint for a business.

I currently engage in ongoing management and updating of the website and the practice’s social media platforms as well as basic troubleshooting and IT optimisation for the medical staff. This has given me experience in working with cloud based networking, remote desktop connections, Socrates Patient Managment System and Windows OS Optimisation. Interaction Design – Interactive Tetris Blocks

Click Here to View the PDF

A high quality pdf defining the concept, scope, interactions, users and a scenario for an Interactive Design Installation aimed at promoting happiness and engaging users of the space.

This gave me experience engaging with Interaction Design principles and methodologies as part of the Interaction Design Process as well as engaging with high fidelity photo editing.

Video Production – Stop-Motion Video Prototype

A short low fidelity stop-motion video protype I created as part of a small team demonstrating an Interactive Design Intervention for the University of Limerick Main Plaza. The aim was to promote happiness in the space while also improving the User’s relationship with the space.

This gave me great experience working in production and post-production of video as well as experience coordinating a video production team.
